Job Description
• Reports to VP Live Operations
• Holds Weekly Staff Production and Monthly Safety Meeting for production personnel
• Conducts Weekly Safety and Maintenance walk through with Superintendent
• Tracks and reports inventory usage and storage
• Verifies accurate and complete mixing
• Insures accurate retail pricing of inventory
• Purchases and insures delivery of micro ingredients and liquids
• Monitors and supervises capital expense projects
• Manages labor and work schedules
• Supervises preventive maintenance and housekeeping
• Measures manufacturing shrink
• Implements HACCP in feed mill
• Assists in purchasing macro ingredients
• Tracks and reports contracts against usage

Requirements
Bachelor degree in a related field
Experience in feed mill management a plus.
Background in agriculture preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
