Job Description
We are looking for a phone support representative to provide support for our clients and agents regarding a software program designed to get our clients out of debt at a drastically accelerated rate. The shift we are hiring for is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain Time (40 hours per week).

A well-qualified applicant must speak, read, and write English better than the average person. They must be able to learn quickly and adjust for change and growth within the company. We require someone that is comfortable using computers and the internet and has excellent phone and people skills. We are NOT looking for someone that is monotone, timid, or sounds bored or disinterested on the phone.

If you are a happy, cheerful, and energetic person that wants a position helping people improve their lives using a program that you can believe in, then this could be the position for you!
Requirements
Must speak, read, and write English fluently.

Must have excellent phone and people skills.

Must have excellent writing skills. Mastery of spelling, grammar, and punctuation is essential.

Must be willing and excited to learn and grow with our company.
