JOB DESCRIPTION
Aspen is seeking experienced and highly self motivated applicants for class A driver
• Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely and professional transportation while providing quality service, continually maintains a professional and courteous relationship with the customer
• Driver is responsible for communication with designated supervision on timely updates on arrivals, departures and customer discrepancies
• Maintain radio or telephone contact with base or supervisor to receive instructions
or be dispatched to new location. Maintain truck log according to state and federal
regulations. Keep records of materials and product transported

REQUIREMENTS

OTR Position Requirements: Sunday - Thursday Regional OTR two to three runs per week into Boise, ID/Butte, MT with the rest of the week doing local delivery. Some weekend work depending on customer demands.

• This is a fast paced position that includes drop and hook but at times may require assistance in unloading and sorting depending on customer needs.
• Hourly wage is based on experience.
• Self starter that can work with minimal supervision and excellent customer service skills.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years CDL experience, valid CDL Class A driver’s license and a clean MVR (no moving violations). Must provide proof of current MVR.
• Education: High School graduate or GED preferred
• Pre-employment physical, drug test, E-Verify, and criminal background check are required and paid by company
• Reports to Transportation Dispatcher/Operations Manager
