Job Description
Busy, progressive Orthodontic office seeks an experienced Financial Coordinator whose responsibilities will include, insurance claims filing, posting payments, reconciling daily transactions, contract creation, patient account management, accounts receivable management and collections, computer system analysis and report generation for various aspects of the practice. This person also serves on the marketing committee. This position is 3 days per week.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 to 5 years in a dental, medical or orthodontic business office is required. Excellent accounting and math skills, proficient computer knowledge and skills, and high attention to detail is a must. Familiarity with the Dolphin Management system and electronic insurance claims submission is preferred. Bilingual is desirable, but not necessary.
