Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position is 4 days/week. If you love ORTHO and are an outgoing, people-person with a professional appearance and great customer service skills we need you. The TC manages the new patient process from intake through banding, i.e. managing the recall system, the intake system (including all forms, contracts and consents); assisting the doctor in patient education, treatment explanations, and case presentations; managing all interactions with other dental professionals; and serving as a key member of the Marketing Committee.
Requirements
Prior experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator of at least 1 year with knowledge of dental/orthodontic insurance claims filing, great computer skills with knowledge of the Dolphin System or another orthodontic management system is desirable. If you are a very experienced Orthodontic Chairside Assistant and are interested in making a change to Treatment Coordinator, we would love to consider you for this position. We would love to hire someone who is bilingual in spanish and english, but this is not required.
