Job Description
Medically based Audiology practice seeks dynamic Marketing Representative. We opened our doors a year ago at our beautiful new clinic in Farmington, Utah. We have seen substantial growth over the last year and are now seeking a talented Marketing Representative to expand our marketing program. The position is part time, initially, and will require approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. This position could become full time in the future, for the right person who increases sustainable growth in the practice. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of an exciting start-up business.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with Director of Audiology to expand physician marketing and consistently increase patient referrals.
• Visit physician offices (mostly offices where we have a previously established relationship, along with some new offices), meet staff, schedule marketing lunches, and distribute our latest marketing materials.
• Assist with the logistics of our marketing lunches (picking up food, etc.)
• Develop new marketing campaigns and materials – brochures, newspaper ads, etc.
• Maintain our marketing related databases
• Other miscellaneous projects as directed by owners and Director of Audiology
Requirements
Background and Requirements:

• Previous Marketing Representative experience
• An outgoing self-starter who is both positive and professional in appearance and demeanor
• Must be able to strengthen and build relationships with our referral partners (medical providers and their staff)
• Major (or minor) in marketing or business with demonstrated academic performance
• Very strong computer skills including Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communications with good grammar and spelling
• Results oriented, driven, ethical, accepts responsibility for completing assigned tasks on time
• Team player
• Local candidates highly preferred – i.e. candidates who live in Davis County as this position will require a significant amount of driving.

We are located in Farmington.
Must have reliable personal transportation and be able to drive to visit our referral partners (doctor’s offices) as needed.

Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience will be offered.
