Job Description
BioExpress is looking for a Customer Account Specialist for our Kaysville, UT location.
Job Description:
The Customer Account Specialist is accountable for receiving inbound calls, accurately recording new orders, status of open orders, and prompt scheduling of new orders; ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. The CSR will work closely with customers by phone to place orders, answer questions, resolve concerns, and verify data.
•Manage all aspects of customer’s sales orders from start to finish, including verifying purchase order totals, determine appropriate ship date, add special instructions to orders, and invoicing within 24 hours.
•Work closely with the buyers, sales representatives and accounting department for each account.
•Provide customers with information associated with specific orders both past and present (including backorders).
•Provide complete product information and check inventory availability on specific products; suggest substitutions where applicable.
•Trace freight shipments and relay to customer when necessary.
•Provide timely communication relating to specific customers needs, special requests and problems.

Requirements
•High School Diploma minimum, some college is highly preferred
•Excellent Attendance History
•Familiarity with distribution or logistics experience desired
•Minimum of three years experience in a customer service/account management environment committed to internal and external customer satisfaction
•Strong computer literacy with Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Internet
•High level of discretion, confidentiality and work ethic
•Exceptional organization and communication skills
•Ability to successfully multi task in a fast pace environment
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Open to continuous improvement and change
Benefits:
•Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Coverage available after 90 Days
•Starting pay $10.50 – 11.00 per hour depending on Exp., plus Bonus potential
