Administer the order entry and certifications, daily update job files, production report, enter and update receiving log. Create Management reports. Position acts as a backup in several other tasks in the office and is cross trained in all office responsibilities.

Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to use computer and computer programs such as excel, word, outlook, facsimile, calculator, copy machine and printer. Past clerical skills and post high school education/training prefered. High school diploma or GED required
