Job Description
Overview:
Engagex is rapidly expanding and welcomes the best to come take a look at a fantastic inside sales opportunity! If you have sales experience or are looking for a place to develop sales abilities we want to talk to you. We are seeking, highly motivated, ambitious individuals to join our inside sales team. Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible for selling Engagex services to Insurance Agencies in North America. Engagex provides various services specific to the needs of the insurance industry. Inside Sales Representatives will make warm and cold calls, follow up with leads, present over the phone and by online demonstrations. Engagex provides great training, a fun and fast paced work environment, with weekly, monthly and quarterly sales incentives.
Compensation and Hours:
•20k annual base wage + commissions + monthly bonuses = 35-55k annually
•Full and Part Time shifts available (but must be able to work M-F)

•Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results.
•Ability to present, overcome objections and close sales.
•Ability in penetrating businesses to find decision makers.
•Ability to spend up to 6 hours a day on the phone contacting potential customers.
•Ability to fit into a fast moving and changing work environment.
•Perform other duties and responsibilities as outlined by direct supervisor.
•High School Diploma
Preferred:
•Experience in prospecting and selling service based products and solutions. B2B preferred.
•Some College coursework completed
•Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results.
