Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
Creating an overall training plan.
Manage training budget
Produce material for in house training
Work with training providers to develop suitable training material
Evaluate the success of both individual and the overall training program.
Conduct on site visits to assure company training and values are being exemplified.
Be available to assist with internal and external customer complaints.
Backing up dispatch as needed

A minimum of 10 years in the moving and storage industry.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to relate to the staff at all levels.
Organizational skills, and the ability to manage your time.
Presentation skills
Effective negotiating skills
The ability to write reports and keep records
Basic computer skills, Excel a plus
Class A CDL preferred
Clean MVR
A minimum of 10 years in the moving and storage industry.
