Growing real estate company looking for the perfect person to join the team! This is a part time administrative position with work from home potential for the right person. Must have a great attitude, self motivated and real estate coordinator experience. Must have experience with the REPC, Addenda, New Construction, Microsoft and more. Pay and hours based on experience.
This is a contract position.
Relocation costs may be covered.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Represent agents during the real estate transaction working with clients, other agents, lenders, escrow officers, etc. - Manage time sensitive real estate files and contracts. - Make appointments for showings. - Oversee contracts. MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Education and Experience: - Real Estate License preferred but not required - Previous customer service experience required Knowledge and Skills: - Detail oriented - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Communication - Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines - Work well in a team setting, personable!
