Job Responsibilities and Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Answers and screens telephone calls and arranges conference calls. Organizes and maintains file system, and file correspondence and other records. Conducts research, and compiles and types reports. Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, and reserves and prepares facilities. Composes and types routine correspondence. Greets scheduled visitors and shows them to appropriate area or person. Makes copies of correspondence. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. Routes incoming mail. Performs various data entry tasks.

Applicant must: Have excellent phone and e-mail etiquette Have excellent people skills Have excellent organizational skills Be able to complete assigned tasks within defined deadlines A desire to work in a team based environment and contribute as a team player Experience: 1+ Years Qualifications: Type 55 wpm, answer 5 incoming lines Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Education: High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred
