Job Description
Valley View Building Services is looking for a part time warehouse manager. We are a final cleaning contractor that performs the final cleaning on commercial buildings after they are newly constructed. We have been in business for 16 years with offices across the western United States.

We are looking for a motivated, trustworthy, organized person with attention to details to be our new warehouse manager. This is a part time position only, hours are from 4pm till 7pm daily, Monday through Friday. (hours may very as needed to accommodate other schedules, but 4 - 7 is about when this needs to happen)

Duties will include:

General Warehouse Management and Organization
Inventory Management
Supply Check In and Check Out
Maintenance of supplies, insure clean and working order, general reapir as needed
Daily Washing and Drying of Towels
Vehicle Inspection / Fueling / Service as Needed
Update and Maintain Vehicle Service Tracking Software, Manage Vehicle Paperwork and Renewals
Assist in Daily Vehicle Unload and Re-Load for next day
Maintain vehicles with standard stock items
Clean Vehicles as needed
Update Reports as Needed

Some days may require slightly longer hours as needed based upon crew load and schedule.

This position will need to completed mostly on your own, so applicant must be able to pass a background check, drug test and DMV screening.

Office location is based in South Salt Lake near 3300 South and West Temple Area.

Requirements
Applicant must be self motivated, trustworthy, organized with extreme attention to details, have some inventory management experience and the cognitive ability to think through things on their own.
