Enterprise Implementation Specialist
Infinisource, a major human capital management solutions company, is currently seeking an experienced, motivated Software Implementation Specialist for our Time and Attendance products.
An ideal candidate will be a self-starter, be able to work well with people across all levels of an organization, and remain cool under pressure. We are looking for someone who has enthusiasm, learns quickly, and wants to grow with a company. Must be able to prioritize work and multi-task, as position will require management of multiple implementation projects simultaneously. Strong listening, written, verbal and phone communication skills are critical. Project management experience desired. Must be able to effectively explain technical topics to non-technical clients. Candidates must have a strong technical skills and attention to detail. Travel will be required – up to 25%.

•Install, configure and test company’s Windows-based Time and Attendance software applications. Will also require installation and configuration of Electronic Time Tracking hardware.
•Participate in pre-implementation calls with customers to identify and address potential issues before performing installations.
•Assess and communicate to customer technical and business requirements that need to be considered before or during installation
•Configure software package to handle specific policies and setup for individual companies.
•Take ownership of a customer throughout the implementation process.
•Provide online training and occasionally travel to deliver onsite training to our clients.
•Networking, IIS, and SQL experience a plus.
