Technical assistance and training to customers using our software. Interaction with customers to communicate and troubleshoot issues while reporting possible solutions. Prompt response to email and telephone communication, excellent customer service, and knowledge of configuration of software to connect to internet application servers.
Requirements
• Technical Support or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge with Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote
