Job Description
Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and processing HOA/Tax payments. These duties include accurate identification of tax authority and/or association requirements which include but are not limited to due dates, delinquency date, total amount due, and FC sale dates.

Essential Job Duties:

Monitoring and payment processing for property taxes on both a client and asset level

Monitoring and payment processing for condo and/or homeowner associations on both a client and asset level

Strict adherence to aggressive timelines and company/client guidelines
Requirements
• Requires 1-3 years payment processing experience in Accounts Payable, Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate
• High School Diploma required, some college preferred
• Knowledge of payment processing for property taxes or Homeowners Association helpful but not required
• Real Estate/Mortgage servicing experience helpful but not required

Qualities and Proficiencies:

Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and PowerPoint

High ethical standards

Motivated, positive, team player

Strong organization skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with outside vendors as well as co-workers

Ability to problem solve with little supervision, in a growing, expanding business
