Job Description
Entrepreneurial and well-established beverage company seeks experienced 2nd Shift Production Floor Supervisor to drive manufacturing quality, production line efficiency, employee and equipment safety and develop production cell employees and processes.
Requirements
Ideal candidates possess a demostrated work history of increasing leadership positions and a cross-functional combination of skills (production, maintenance, safety, warehousing and/or quality).
Food and beverage packaging experience highly desired, but not required. Manufacturing experience, collaborative leadership skills, follow-through and the ability to perceive potential problems and act with urgency in best interest of the company are a must. Production Floor Supervisor must be flexible to work outside final shift. Competitive salary DOE, with potential performance based bonus, and medical benefits after probationary pd. EOE. Must pass background and drug testing.
