Job Description
Immediate opening for a qualified CMHC, LCSW, CMHC-I, and/or CSW, and SSW to provide in-home based therapy and skills development services (SSW). Individual, family, and group based therapy, as well as clinical assessment skills. SSW will include TCM and SDS billing. The position is part time with the ability to move towards full time as your case load increases. Very flexible schedules. Most of your appointments will be afternoon, late afternoon, and evenings as many of our work involves working families and school aged children.
Requirements
Potential candidates must be independently credentialed to bill for Medicaid clients if you are fully licensed. You do not need to be credentialed through Medicaid if you are a CMHC-I or CSW. Successful candidates MUST be comfortable working in the home of the clients we serve, promote a completely drama free work environment, be a self starter, love the people you work with/for, and be an amazing team player. You must be able to work independently while keeping in good communication with the team. You must be open to learning and feedback, as ongoing supervision is offered and required. You must be able to complete required documentation within the polices of the company. We work in a fast pace, clinically sound, positive, solution focused, strength based environment.
