    Job Description

    Simply Right Center of Excellence hiring 4 Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for full-time opportunities for our corporate offices in Ogden Utah. Position pays between $10 and $12/hour starting immediately. You must be able to work an 8 hour shift schedule between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday. Qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate fluency in both Spanish and English. The CSRs will be providing support for employees and customers. The qualified candidate will be handling incoming and outgoing customer service phone calls professionally, providing 'world class' customer service along with accurate and appropriate information to every caller. Must have excellent attendance and be able to build solid customer relations. ??? Answers incoming phone calls from both English and Spanish speaking customers; provides accurate and appropriate information to callers. ??? Places outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls. ??? Completes call guides, enter data and gather and verifies required information. ??? Oversee and monitor the time clock ??? Attends telephone skills and program information training sessions; adheres to established levels of service. ??? Translate and interpret documents and conversations from Spanish to English and vice versa. ??? Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook ??? Adheres to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames. ??? Adheres to contact center scheduling, ensures telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation. ??? Performs clerical or administrative duties as assigned.

    Relocation costs may be covered.


    * Excellent Multiline phone skills * Extensive Computer and Microsoft Office abilities including proficient knowledge of Excel and Word * Able to effectively multi-task * Willing and able to be extremely flexible * Bilingual English/Spanish is absolutely mandatory do not apply if you are not fluent in both languages. * Outstanding attention to detail * Strong organization and time management skills * Completes tasks correctly with minimal direction and supervision
