Maintain and improve company’s e-commerce web sites for the sale of products. Work to insure that the structure and content of web sites results in a pleasing user experience for customers. Position web sites and brands to be amongst the best available. Optimize web sites with respect to SEO. Optimize PPC programs for maximum ROI. Maintain and optimize data feed program to produce maximum results.

Detailed Responsibilities:
• Develop technical architecture of web site within the framework and structure provided by NetSuite Ecommerce and Business Platform.
• Improve the web site’s efficiency and design the look and feel for the site.
• Use various tools to monitors web site traffic. Benchmark key metrics and note deviations from standard levels of activity including cart and checkout abandonment, conversion rates, traffic sources & keywords.
• Consult with other employees in order to coordinate internet activities, identify needs, and explain internet/web site opportunities and limitations.
• Refresh website content to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information and images.
• Monitor and report on campaigns and statistical analysis, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Test and track landing page optimization and other conversion strategies.
• Troubleshoot problems associated with web applications and/or web pages.
• Research and evaluate software, hardware and new technologies.
• Register web sites with various search engines.
• Remain current on job-specific knowledge (e.g., scripting, hardware, software, security issues, authoring tools, graphic design tools, new languages, etc.) and industry trends.
• Provide training to personnel in the maintenance of web pages.
• Maintain all data feeds to internet search engines, market places and comparison sites.
• Develop architecture and processes for the coordination and utilization of web site resources with social marketing tools.

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 1-3 years experience desired
• Must have a working knowledge of various programming techniques (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, Java, PHP, ASP, XML, SQL, etc.).
• Working knowledge and experience with NetSuite a plus
• A thorough knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques
• A certain degree of creativity and flexibility is required.

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Attention to detail, positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work both as part of a team and independently
