Job Description
SKIP TRACER COLLECTOR
Recovery Department
The Skip Tracer will utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate correct parties in order to negotiate payment arrangements on accounts.
•Provide skip tracing and investigative support to collectors and legal administrator collection staff
•Execute time sensitive skip tracing, debtor searches and other investigative requests
•Identify, test and validate new skip tracing tools, techniques, analytical and investigative tools and strategies available to locate debtors and identify and quantify their assets
•Utilize a variety of systems and web-based tools for research & collect from the customer

Requirements
Applicants must possess excellent skills in the following:
•Must have experience in skip tracing accounts
•2-3 years of experience with skip tracing is preferred
•Familiar with the asset recovery industry
•Ability to multi-task, make sound decisions and work independently
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Must be detail oriented
•Have strengths in time management
•Must be highly motivated
