A small career college in Layton is looking to add an Office Manager to its team .You must be able to multi-task in a busy environment while maintaining a high level of customer service. This individual is responsible for hiring and monitoring the receptionists at the school as well as the scheduling of the students. There is a large amount of interaction with the students. Essential Job Duties: - Generate, daily, weekly and monthly reports - Post student's attendance and grades - Maintain class rosters - Balance Daily Deposits - Monitor Inventory Levels - Maintain the school's image - Other administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have: - High school diploma or equivalent - Front and back office experience - Excellent Computer Skills - especially Microsoft Excel - Friendly and outgoing personality - Maintain professional appearance - Enthusiastic, energetic, and pleasant personality - Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times - Clear and effective communication skills - Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. - Previous customer service and retail experience is a plus
