Job Description
M&T Bank, one of the most sucessful companies in the U.S. financial services industry is looking to grow. We are looking for Mortgage Production Managers and Mortgage Loan Originators with experience in Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA lending. Some of the responsibilities will be; Works independently to cultivate and procure new mortgage business.
Interview applicants to collect financial and credit information to determine credit worhtiness.
Negotiates terms and conditions of loans, ensures lending compliance with bank policies and regulatory compliance.
Independently monitors trends and developments in the local real estate market.
Openings in Midvale, Layton and American Fork, Ut.
Requirements
Associates degree or 2 years of work experience.
A minimum of two (2) years sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals in a professional manner.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and to follow through on details to completion and have the ability to work under critical time contraints.
