This employee will perform entry level losgistics/procurement functions and administrative duties.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Internal entry level support for the Logistics/Procurement Departments 1. Daily import of documents onto the Network 2. Daily update of the Logistics Department spreadsheets 3. Filing as required 4. Provide administrative support to the Logistics staff 5. Reviewing purchase orders, deliver receipts (packing lists) for accuracy 6. Assist with follow up on status of pending orders 7. Place orders for office supplies as needed 8. Assist the buyer in maintaining procurement documents in a systematic and auditable fashion Required Qualifications 1. High school diploma or GED equivalent 2. Basic clerical skills 3. Basica Writing Skills 4. Proficient in Excel 5. Working knowledge of the operations, functions, and schope of authority of Departments and offices related to handling and disposing of information and requests for information 6. Ability to maintain effecting working relationships with other employees 7. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form 8. One year of clerical experience, in a purchasing, shipping, or business related environment Desired Qualifications 1. Strict attention to detail 2. Basic knowledge of accounts recievable and accounts payable 3. Strong work ethic 4. Profesionalism
