Job Description
Ingram Medical is a Dynamic Retail pharmacy located in Sandy Utah. We are looking for a motivated Billing Payment Specialist to serve our important customers and growing company. Hours of operation: 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Wage: $10.00 + incentives Duties: Quick accurate data entry Exceptional customer service communication Plan, organize and exercise sound judgment Maintain a positive attitude Analyze and understand customer need and communicate clearly for understanding Negotiate payment arrangements Data entry Memos Payment Collections Qualifications: Knowledge: Working knowledge of collections. Capable of meeting production goals. High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Previous collections experience preferred Standard office software products a must Skills/Aptitudes: Demonstrated communication and problem solving skills and the ability to act/decide accordingly Excellent telephone skills Motivated, adaptable, Self-starter Pleasant, confident telephone skills
