The Customer Service Representative III is the focal point for all customer service and order entry communication. The key responsibilities for this position are to review and enter customer orders, track and communicate sales activity to sales team and management, facilitate payment issues, track delivery schedules and shipping details, and maintain and update standard work process for order entry and international and domestic shipping procedures.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Applicant should have a high school diploma or equivalent. 3 or more years experience in customer services, sales, marketing or related fields. Strong knowledge of MAPICS or equivalent system. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office tools. Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. Excellent oral and written persuasive communication skills.
