Job Description
Principle responsibilities include installations and programming of TDM and IP/ VOIP communications equipment. Installations of voicemail systems and other communication associated hardware. Manage and resolve service repair tickets. Assist with customer training.

Requirements:
Working knowledge of Structured Cabling. ( CAT5e )
Fundamentals of Basic Networking. (TCIP/IP )
Strong diagnostics skills.
Ability to work in a team environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Excellent interpersonal relationship and communications skills with professional appearance.
Ability to work Monday through Friday 8-5 with a periodic on-call rotation and occasional overtime.
Valid Driver License
Special Considerations given for the following experience:
Experience with network switches.
Linux administration.
Working knowledge of Structured Cabling. ( CAT5e )
