Position: Sales Administrator
Red Sky Solutions is currently seeking to hire a Sales Administrator. This is a full time position based out of our headquarters office in Draper, Utah.
Red Sky is an IT solutions integrator where highly talented, motivated, "can-do" people work together to deliver value for our customers. The Sales Administrator is part of a sales team in which everyone works together and has responsibility for the outcome. Sales Administrators support Account Managers and report to the Vice-President of Sales.
Essential Job Functions:
-Coordinate communication of all customer-related issues to sales manager and sales director, to ensure seamless flow of information.
-Create hardware, software, and vendor maintenance quotes using. Validate configurations with vendor technical teams as needed. Obtain manufacturer special pricing where appropriate.
-Submit orders to purchasing upon receipt and validation of client purchase order.
-Provide order status and/or lead time information to clients and sales team or executives.
-Partner with sales team to drive vendor support renewals.
-Manage high-level aspects of returns process (includes requesting RMA from vendor, communicating return instructions to client, obtaining tracking information for returns, and submitting appropriate credit requests to accounting). Includes managing vendor trade-in RMA process for region/sales office.
-Coordinate with internal and customer contacts to resolve issues relating to customer pricing, terms, deductions, product cuts, late shipments and other issues
-Provide limited client-specific sales reporting based on client requirements (e.g. open orders reports, sales out reports, etc.)
-Track customer sales by division and provide analysis for the purposes of forecasting, trending, presentations, accruals, rebates and internal reporting
-Work closely with internal cross-functional partners (marketing, customer development, supply chain, etc.) to ensure responsiveness to customer requests
-Other duties as required.

The Sales Administrator must possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, demonstrating organizational skills, teamwork, productivity, flexibility, positive attitude, self-motivation and strong presentation and written communication. Time management and an ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner in any given situation are vital to success in this role.
Specific job requirements are:
-Professional demeanor
-Excellent people skills
-Superior organizational skills
-Task and detail oriented
-Problem-solving and analytical ability
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly transactional environment
-Ability to communicate and work effectively with others
-Able to work independently
-Effective listening, communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
-Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
-Manages time effectively, multitask efficiently and adapts quickly to changing priorities
-Business math proficiency
-Knowledge of Apple iOS and iWorks and/or -Microsoft Office Suite
-Working knowledge of Quickbooks, QuoteWerks, ConnectWise
-Inside sales experience in technology industry is highly desirable
-Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with some flexibility
