Job Description
Responsibilities: (to include but not limited to the following):
Leasing storage units,
Collecting monthly rent & managing delinquent tenants,
Maintaining property to a high standard,
Staying abreast of competitor's pricing / specials,
Site security,
Bookkeeping / banking,
Running daily / monthly reports,
Providing excellent customer service,
full time work for both individuals.
Compensation:
Salary low - mid 40K DOE,
2 bedroom home in beautiful mountain setting w/all utilities paid,
2 week paid vacation after 1 yr,
Yearly performance bonus,
Company truck

Experience & knowledge to properly maintain, repair, or arrange for further action to keep property optimal,
Must be physically healthy / lift up to 50 lbs./ work on ladders / stand & walk for extended periods of time,
Experienced in self storage or related field management,
Experience in general office work helpful,
Non-smokers
Willing to work flexible days / hours,
