Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Report to Vice President of Support and Validation. * Help server administrators install and troubleshoot SSL certificates. * Outline certificate needs of organizations based on server and network structure. * Answer pre-sales and technical customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. * Research customer organizations and verify organization contact details online. * Other duties as assigned. * Fluent in English/Spanish, both oral and written. * 2+ years technical support experience. * Have excellent oral and written communication skills. * Know the difference between a router and a switch. * Have had your own hosting account with multiple web sites. * Have set up a home network with multiple computers. * Have set up a server on your own, just for fun. * Can name at least three different Linux distributions. * Don???t use 192.168.X.X in your own home network. * Read Wikis and search on Google before asking questions. * Type 70+ WPM with 90% accuracy. * You are outgoing yet highly analytical. * Bachelor???s degree or certifications in Information Technology, Information Systems, Networking, or Computer Science.
