Job Description
Designs and develops hardware and software for unique projects, regularly offering innovative solutions to significant technical problems. The engineer will develop new circuit design ideas from preliminary schematic to completed prototypes. This position will require the interpersonal skills to work with various groups along with the determination to set a product vision and carry it out. The engineer will work on a project development team while carrying out project tasks.
Requirements
Essential skills include:
• Experience designing with DSPs, ARM processor, FPGAs etc.
• Design experience with power supply design, surge suppression
• Programming experience with C, C++, and assembly programming languages
• Experience with analog circuits
• PCB design experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 5 or more years designing hardware and embedded software
