Job Description
Do you have a good mix of technical, business and interpersonal skills? A leading Microsoft systems integration company needs a Microsoft CRM Developer to analyze business problems, architect and build systems, and work with Customer to solve problems and provide business value.
This position is suited for a well-rounded technical resource that would be able to focus on improving business processes, effectively apply development methodologies and tools, and understand the needs of our clients from upper executives to sales and service personnel. Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Call Center industries are highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze clients business needs and develop high level specifications
Configure CRM to solve problems, automate business processes and provide value
Develop .NET extensions for CRM including Workflow, Plugins, Portals and other solutions.
Work in team with Business Architect, Project Management, and Customer
Helpful Skills:
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or other CRM platforms
Experience with Accounting, ERP or other Enterprise Systems
Knowledge of SQL Server & Database Design
Knowledge of Web Development (SOAP, Web Services, ASP, .NET)
