Job Description
Customer Dynamics is seeking a detail-oriented, well rounded and technically adept individual to drive requirements, configure software, and implement processes to achieve a successful deployment Microsoft CRM for our clients. This is a client facing role and requires excellent leadership and communication skills to communicate with clients, understand business requirements, and manage project scope and schedule. This position reports into a Professional Services Manager and is responsible for the implementation of CRM software in support of Client needs.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Work with clients to identify, assess and document their business requirements.
• Configure software and create software prototypes that support needed business process.
• Provide advice, consultation, and training to clients based on industry best practices.
• Tests configured features and assists QA team on product testing.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
The attributes listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill and/or Ability required.
• Write User Stories and User Acceptance Criteria, translating customer requirements into well-defined development tasks.
• Create Business process models using Visio or other diagramming tools
• Work in multi-disciplined team using Agile Methodologies.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks/projects within deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in technical field + 4 years business experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with the following tools/technologies:
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Web Application Development, and Relational Databases.
• Expert understanding of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Ability to confidently make presentations to large and executive audience.
• Ability to communicate and explain difficult concepts and persuade others to adopt a point of view
