Job Description
Local small business owner seeking part time Personal Assistant. Qualified applicants will work 2-3 days per week- 12-15 hours per week. Position is currently temporary (2-3 months), could become a long term position. Qualifications include: sales background, clerical/office skills, light cleaning, simple bookkeeping, filing, organization/project management at two weber county business locations. Job will require excellent phone, email and in-person communication skills, weekly presentation skills required.
Requirements
Applicants must be high school graduate, some college preferred, must be willing to work days 9-noon, evenings 6-9. No Sundays or holidays. Must be able to multi-task, coordinate program details, sales and marketing skills and excellent organization.
