Job Description
Applicants need to have experience in ground up construction as well as tenant improvements projects.
You must be schedule minded and be able to coordinate multiple sub contractors daily.
Applicants must be able to put a project schedules together, (follow the schedule) read and understand plans, specs and submittals.
Applicants must be presentable to our owners and to our clients.
There are no benefits offered at the time of hiring just a paycheck every Friday.

Experience is the highest requirement, applicants with a degree in construction management will be interviewed first, however it is not a requirement
