Job Description
Responsible for assisting with maintenance improvement projects
Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property sprinkler system.
Preparing vacant apartments for occupancy.Perform work order requests promptly according to company policy
Assist with the proper maintenance of a healthy, green grass, healthy trees, shrubs, and other plants.
Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company policies at all times.
Remain knowledgeable concerning company and community policies
Clean and secure work areas, storage areas, tools and equipment.
Participate in emergency schedule for evening, weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
Assist Property Manager in any other duties as needed to obtain community and company objectives
Requirements
The maintenance tech should be able to perform each essential job responsibility.
Previous property experience is a plus.
Communicate effective with residents, vendors and other employees of the company.
The maintenance technician is expected to be available 24 hours a 7 days a week for on-call maintenance emergencies including after hours, weekends and holidays.
EPA Certification.
HVAC Certification.
A/C Certification
