Job Description
Scoreboard Sports is looking for a full-time customer service representative to join our internet team located in Salt Lake City. The customer service representative will be responsible for processing and fulfilling orders, assisting customers over the phone by taking orders, looking up tracking/order information and forwarding to appropriate departments.
The CSR will also respond and send emails to customers, handle customer returns and other office duties.

Requirements
Previous customer service experience required. Fun and helpful personality, phone skills and helpful attitude. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Problem-solving abilities are a must. Previous retail or sporting goods experience is helpful but not required.
