Job Description
This person will attend all City Council and Work Session meetings every first and third Tuesday of each month, meetings begin at 7:00 p.m., record (audio) all meetings and take notes on a laptop provided by the City. Each set of summary minutes which will be done outside of the City offices and returned to the City Recorder within four business days.
Requirements
Shall possess knowledge, skills and abilities, in Microsoft Word and basic English grammar; able to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise and professional manner; and must have the ability to complete assignments within prescribed time frames.
