Job Description
The behavior consultant will provide individually designed one-on-one interventions to replace the person's targeted behaviors with socially acceptable appropriate behaviors that increase the person’s ability to be integrated into the community, based upon the principles of applied behavior analysis and focusing on positive behavior supports.
This job will be approximately 15 to 20 hours a week and has a very flexible schedule

Requirements
Must have either a BCABA or a Masters Degree in special education, social work or related field and have experience working with people with disabilities. Experience with developing and/or implementing behavior strategies for person's with disabilities strongly desired.
Must be able to drive to clients' homes and work in a variety of settings.
