Job Description
Sales Representatives with this Chamber are responsible for the identification of appropriate potential partners; presenting the benefits and value of Chamber membership, and closing of Chamber membership. Candidates are required to manage a portfolio of Chamber Membership, identifying companies within the portfolio to upgrade and overall encourage participation in the Chamber. Specifically, this position must develop and maintain a lead generation program and pipeline of prospective Chamber members through Weblink database. The position also requires multiple Sales presentations daily, travel along the Wasatch Front to meet with business owners and close business reaching monthly quota. The Ideal candidate has extensive experience operating in or with small businesses, preferably has managed sales territory. This is a base plus commission position.

-Analyze customer needs in terms of current business development, public relations or community outreach and match Chamber Benefit to identified needs
-Manage customer calls, set and prepare customer visits
-Present product, mission of the Chamber, and programs
-Responsible for building sales pipeline
-Manage Weblink database and other Chamber related software
-Resolve problems and maximize opportunities
-Build trust with key contacts
-Close Chamber sales and reach Chamber sales goals

Requirements
• 3-5 years experience or education in a field closely related
• Advanced level prospecting and qualified sales experience
• CRM experience a plus
• Able to learn and understand product solutions and features
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to talk to C-level
• Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes
• Strong needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
• Effective sales, marketing and project management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be willing to travel locally 50%+
• Advanced level prospecting and qualified sales experience
• CRM experience a plus
• Able to learn and understand product solutions and features
