Inbound Order Processing Representative to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
Answer incoming calls.
Respond to emails and website submissions from Real Estate Professionals.
Make outbound calls to Real Estate Professionals to confirm online Order submissions.
Ensure Real Estate Professionals are receiving friendly, effective and efficient customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Open and Process Orders by phone, email, fax.
Data Entry.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of industry systems, process, and pricing.

Professional telephone etiquette.
Basic written communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
1+years customer service experience preferred.
Full Time Schedule:
Monday – Friday 9 AM to 6 PM
Compensation:
$11.00/hr. to start
After 90 Days
$12.00/hr., Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability
Opportunities to grow within the company.
Drug test and background check required
