Job Description
Procom installs and services systems at every level. We do basic residential to large commercial: Intrusion, access control, cctv, commercial fire, automation, intercom.
Procom focuses on high quality systems and great customer service.

Requirements
Here is a list of skills we are looking for. Not all of these skills are required, but the more the better.
standard residential alarm installation
able to hardwire alarm devices
able to work with home automation equipment and some of the current technologies in use
commercial alarm system installation
conduit bending and installation
commercial fire (any certifications)
knowledge of network cable terminations
network cable troubleshooting
know the difference between a straight through cable and a crossover cable
make BNC connections
analog cctv
IP cctv
IP and networking skills
access control installation: install magnetic locks, electric strikes, card readers, etc.
strong understanding of electrical principals related to low-voltage systems
use a multi-meter
compute battery requirement calculations
understand resistors
be able to explain the use of cellular communication related to alarm systems
Router and network setup for cctv system
Must have a clean driving record. Background check and drug testing required.
