Job Description
Landmark Home Warranty, a Utah-based home warranty company, is seeking a Contractor Relations Representative to join our growing team.
Communicating:
* Main point of contact with contractors
* Negotiates and reviews contractor's rates
* Serves as a "complaint bucket" (all contractor issues are directed to Contractor Relations for fixing)
* Report performance results to contractors on quarterly basis
* Services as a liaison for Company, Claims Manager, and Accounting Department
Planning:
* Responsible for finding qualified contractors for company territories
* Create plan with action steps, goals, and a system of accountability to have every service area for Landmark filled with quality contractors
* Prepare a system of Return and Report with Contractor Relations Manager regarding contractor performance measures
* Schedule, in advance, effective travel to meet with contractors, discuss their performance measures, provide knowledge of policy, and build relationships of trust
Controlling:
* Responsible to reduce Cost per Claim with each contractor
* Collaborate with Contractor Relations Manager in creation and development of a consistent survey and performance monitoring system for all contractors.
Organizing:
* Maintain contractor relationships via phone calls and in-person visits
* Responsible for finding and obtaining part warehouse accounts for each company territory, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Appliances
Leading:
* Serves as a coach to the contractors teaching them how to work with home warranty customers and how to keep cost per claim down
* Encourage support and interaction with co-workers to assist you in accomplishing your goals
* Create an environment with contractors wherein they will see Landmark as a valued business partner

Requirements
Experience/Education/Training:
* 2-3 years of National Account Management experience
* 3+ years of related sales and/or customer service experience and/or training
* Experience with negotiating and fulfilling national customer contracts
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Recommended:
* Strong networking and relationship building skills
* Understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, and Appliance industry a strong plus
* Strong problem solving skills
* Exceptional negotiation skills
* Ability to create surveys, reports, and agreements
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability offered after 90-day probationary period.
Drug test and background check required.
