Job Description
Responsible for network monitoring, support of various communication products, problem resolution (responding to help desk requests), workstation configuration, and support of voice and video technologies.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 1 – 2 years of experience required. Candidate must have demonstrated skills in basic PC configuration (hardware, software and network) and software installation. Experience with remote diagnostic/management tools desired.
