Job Description
Alpine Dermatology seeks a full time (starting out 24-32hrs/wk and will become 40hrs/wk in March) Medical Master Esthetician. This is a Medical Assisting and Marketing with some esthetics position.
Are you a Master Esthetician with an interest in the medical field? We are looking for a very intelligent, part-time, soon-to-be full-time (3-4 day/week now and going to 5days/week in March or April) Master Esthetician. You will be trained in Medical Assisting (without having to go to MA school). This position entails medical assisting, marketing and some esthetics.
Medical and or Dermatology Experience is a plus. Marketing experience is also highly valued. Computer/technology background is very helpful. We are a small, close-knit office where every person counts. We have fun every day and learn many interesting things...so you must be really smart and interested in learning...because that is what we do every day!
This is a long-term position and will require at least a 2 year commitment. Necessary skills/experience are as follows:
1. Must have exceptional computer skills. This includes being able to type at least 50WPM, ability to order online, work with an electronic medical record. This skill set is not optional and please do not apply unless you are quite computer savvy.
2. Sales experience, and must feel comfortable recommending and selling products and services to your/our patients.
3. Love learning
4. Have Fun at work
5. Get along well with others
6. Be able to multitask.
Our office is a friendly, fun, and very professional environment where work ethic, a great attitude and loyalty are highly prized. You will learn all there is to know about the skin and skin disease and will be able to help many people.
Our benefits package includes the following: one week paid vacation after one year of full time, 401K, a health insurance stipend (note: this is a stipend for you go purchase your own policy. We do not offer a group plan). Our hours are M-F 8 or 9AM to 5 or 6PM or 7PM one night/week.
