Celtic Bank's work in the small business community was recognized in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010 when the Small Business Administration ("SBA") announced that Celtic Bank Corporation has been awarded SBA Lender of the Year.
We are currently seeking a SBA Commercial Loan Specialist to support and add to our growing Loan Operations. The Commercial Loan Specialist will be responsible for working with customers, Business Development Officer’s, and 3rd party providers to gather all necessary documentation and eligibility requirements for closing SBA loans.

Requirements for SBA Commercial Loan Specialist
Qualified candidates will have processing experience in a commercial bank environment. Strong communication skills with proven ability to prepare and coordinate commercial real estate, investment property and construction loan documents with borrowers and escrows. Detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, follow-up, and customer service skills. Must be able to ensure that all files and documentation procedures are in compliance with new and existing regulatory, internal and SBA loan policies. Experience with SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and Conventional loan files from approval to funding including condition collection and approval, preparation of loan documentation, reviewing entity documentation and preparation of disbursement and wire request forms. Liaison between the SBA, Sales, Credit, Servicing, Title/Escrow, Referral Sources and Borrowers. Proficiency with various forms of technology including basic business software packages is a must.
