Job Description

The Professional Relations Coordinator is responsible for representing our Oral Surgery Practice through various networking and relationship-building activities. Duties include administrative and organizational activities, such as setting up files and delivery routes, compiling monthly practice statistics and mailing marketing materials, developing strong relationships with referring office staff and doctors by making and delivering gifts, hosting luncheons and other social activities, also organizing educational events. Part time 16-20 hours per week.
Requirements
Extroverted, friendly personality-should take pleasure in meeting and interacting with individuals and groups. Dependability-must be relied upon to execute duties in a consistent manner. Good organizational and time management skills-must be able to structure tasks and administrative duties efficiently and independently. Neat professional and poised image which reflects that of our office. Strong verbal communicator-must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in a pleasing voice, using correct grammar and pronunciation. Must be able to relate well to both doctor and staff. Ability to plan and execute work independently. Good flexibility, knowledge of basic dental terminology.
