Job Description
Manages day to day plan portfolio for one of Salt Lake's hottest builders. Duties include: new plan design, coordination with trade partners and professional consultants, permit submittals and being a troubleshooting expert.
Requirements
Autocad experience.
Photoshop and Sketch up experience.
Construction background.
Extensive knowledge of Structual/conventional framing procedures and practices.
Organized.
Self motivated.
Multi-tasking.
Minimum of 2 year degree and/or 4 years experience working in Architectural office creating Construction Documents utilizing AutoCAD software.
Experienced Construction site managers proficient in AutoCad also considered.
