Job Description
Seeking a property manager in the real estate field to provide hands-on management of portfolio operations while maintaining a superior customer service experience for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Advertise and show available properties
2. Initiate and track applications, credit checks and leases
3. Maintain regular contact with owners and tenants
4. Weekly reporting
5. Conduct a monthly market analysis
6. Organize repairs and maintenance for managed properties.
7. Deal with correspondence and documentation in relation to portfolio
8. Inspection and reporting on properties



KEY ATTRIBUTES:
1. Highly detail oriented and organized in work
2. Must have strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
4. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
5. Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
6. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience in real estate environments helpful
2. Local area expertise
3. Accounting knowledge
4. Computer literacy
6. 4 year college degree or Utah Real Estate License helpful
7. Maintenance knowledge helpful
