Job Description
Property Manager(s) for Manufactured Home Community in Salt Lake Valley
Seeking an experienced couple or an individual that is willing to live onsite. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service and have the ability to affectively grow & maintain occupancy levels. Will be responsible for tenant documentation and files, control delinquency beyond general rent collections and must be physically able to conduct daily walkthroughs of the community to inspecting the homes & homesites. Other responsibilities include the upkeep and overall appearance of the property to ensure it is safe, neat, & welcoming.
Compensation ranges from 18-26K DOE, includes free housing and utilities in addition to competitive healthcare and other reimbursement benefits.

Requirements
Ideal candidate(s) should be computer literate, have management experience, collections, customer service, and/or a sales background. Bilingual is a plus. Applicants are required to have a valid driver’s license, High School Diploma or equivalent and must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test.
